One of our favorite programs! Summer Prep will engage you on every level as a keeper as you prepare for tryouts, high school or the college season. Every Summer Prep package is 10 total training sessions, 2x a week. Choose From either Mon./Wed. OR Tues./Thurs. along with the appropriate age group.
Monday/Wednesday Sessions:
Training takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays, June 24, 26. July 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, and 24th. Please choose from Youth, HS, Elite HS, or College age groups.
